We are SO proud of Sarah and her first swim meet! She did awesome! She swam the 100M Backstroke and the 100M IM - and she swam great in both!

Tyson and Jessica
We met our freshman year of college. 16 years after meeting (and 12 years of marriage), life is good! We have 2 awesome kids!

Sarah and Benjamin are the most fantastic children! We are so blessed to have them in our lives!
Sarah
Sarah loves everything orange & pink, dancing and singing in her room to Taylor Swift, Beluga Whales, reading, and anything to do with science. She is our little chatterbox whom I love to lay in bed and talk to (she has so many amazing things to say!).
Benjamin
Benjamin loves playing outside in the sandbox (or just outside!), copying everything his big sister does, and playing with anything with wheels - cars, big trucks, and most of all Garbage Trucks! His favorite day is trash day, when 3 garbage trucks come to our house. He is talking so much now! I love all the funny and poignant things that come out of his mind!

What we're reading
We are a family with a love for books! I don't ever feel complete unless I have a book in my hand. Sarah loves reading just as much! It has been wonderful to share some of my favorite books with her.
TYSON: Right now Tyson is elbow deep in doctoral reading and does not have much time for pleasure reading.
JESSICA: I have been turned on to the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. All for fun! Great, easy summer reading!
SARAH: Harry Potter Series. Right now she is on book 5: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. I am also reading The Giver to her.
BENJAMIN: We read truck books every night before bed time! His favorite book right now is Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you see? by Eric Carle
